Viktor email signature

A Viktor inbox sends mail on its own. Signatoro gives it a signature to put on that mail, fetched at send time instead of pasted in once.

What a Viktor inbox is

Viktor gives one inbox per Viktor, at an address like yourteam@viktor-mail.com - one inbox, not a fleet (viktor.com/email, checked 1 October 2026).

How the signature gets there

The agent fetches Signatoro at send time, via MCP or the REST API.

Add it as a custom MCP connection: Integrations, Add custom MCP, paste https://signatoro.com/mcp.

Not built in. Not a native integration, not a marketplace listing, not a company-wide key.

Each agent is its own Signatoro person, with a signature of its own to fetch.

One signature, any agent you add or swap in

Companies try more than one AI agent, or switch which one sends their mail. Because the signature stays in Signatoro rather than inside any one agent, adding a new one or replacing Viktor with something else later does not mean building the signature again - the new agent is added as its own Signatoro person and fetches the same saved signature at send time.
