Claude email signature

Claude sends with the same company signature your team pastes, fetched from Signatoro each time it sends.

Two ways Claude reaches Signatoro

Add Signatoro as a custom connector in Claude or Claude Code, and Claude calls it from the chat. Or build an agent on the Claude API that calls Signatoro before each send. Either way, each person signs in to Signatoro with their own account.

How the signature gets there

Claude fetches the signature at send time from https://signatoro.com/mcp, and an agent you build can call the REST API instead.

Each person connects with their own Signatoro sign-in, so Claude gets that person's signature.

It is the signature the team pastes into Gmail or Outlook, so an edit on Signatoro reaches the next email Claude sends.

On the Up to 15 plan or larger, it carries the company's compliance footnote too.

Claude follows the company signature

The company sets its name, logo, layout and footnote once on Signatoro. Claude reads them like every member does, so a new logo or legal line is on the next email Claude sends.
