Fyxer email signature

Fyxer writes draft replies in your Gmail or Outlook and keeps its own copy of your signature for them. Set your Signatoro signature in both places and every draft ends with it.

Fyxer and your drafts

Fyxer is an AI email assistant. When an email needs a reply, it writes a draft in your voice and labels the thread "To do" or "To respond". The draft appears in your drafts folder, and inside the thread when conversation view is on.

Fyxer leaves every draft for you to review and send. You send it from your own Gmail or Outlook, as you.

Fyxer manages that signature separately from your mail app. Signatures are in Fyxer drafts by default.

Gmail: paste your signature into Fyxer

Fyxer keeps its Gmail signature apart from Gmail's settings, so it goes in two places: Gmail, for the emails you write, and Fyxer, for its drafts.

  • Build your signature on Signatoro and install it in Gmail with the Gmail guide.
  • On the signature page, click "Copy signature". It copies the signature formatted, with its logo or photo.
  • In Fyxer, go to Dashboard > Drafts > Signatures and select "Edit" on the Default signature box.
  • Paste, then click "Save signature".
  • Open the next Fyxer draft in Gmail and check the signature at the bottom.

Outlook: Fyxer picks it up from your sent emails

When you connect Outlook, Fyxer extracts your signature from your most recent sent emails.

  • Install your Signatoro signature in Outlook with the Outlook guide, as the default for new messages.
  • Send one new email, so your latest sent email carries the signature.
  • In Fyxer, go to Dashboard > Drafts > Signatures and click "Sync from Outlook". Review what Fyxer detected there.
  • If the sync finds no signature, Fyxer shows the reason under the button. When your latest sent emails are forwards or replies that quote someone else's signature, send a fresh email of your own and sync again.
  • The editor there also takes raw HTML. Signatoro's "Copy HTML" copies the signature's code for boxes like this one.

After you change your signature

Fyxer keeps the copy it has until you replace it. When you change your signature on Signatoro, update it in your mail app first, then in Fyxer.

  • Gmail: click "Copy signature" on Signatoro again and paste the new version under Dashboard > Drafts > Signatures.
  • Outlook: paste the new version into Outlook, send one email, then click "Sync from Outlook" in Fyxer.

Images, teams and trial branding

Fyxer drafts show logos, brand colors, buttons and social icon rows. Fyxer's help center says images stored on your computer fail to display. A photo or logo uploaded to Signatoro is hosted at a public web address.

On a Pro plan with more than one inbox connected, Fyxer keeps a separate signature for each, under Account-specific signatures.

If your company already adds signatures to outgoing email, a Super Admin can turn "Signatures in drafts" off under Dashboard > Drafts > Signatures > Organization.

During the free trial, Fyxer adds a "Sent with Fyxer" line to its drafts. A paid plan removes it.
