Squad email signature

A Squad teammate sends mail on its own. Signatoro gives it a signature to put on that mail, fetched at send time instead of pasted in once.

What a Squad teammate is

A Squad teammate is an AI teammate with its own inbox as one of its features (squad.so, checked 1 October 2026).

How the signature gets there

The agent fetches Signatoro at send time, over MCP or the REST API.

A Squad teammate's inbox is one of its features - paste the MCP URL, https://signatoro.com/mcp, into the teammate to connect it.

Not built in. Not a native integration, not a marketplace listing, not a company-wide key.

Each agent is its own Signatoro person, with a signature of its own to fetch.

One signature, any agent you add or swap in

Companies try more than one AI agent, or switch which one sends their mail. Because the signature stays in Signatoro rather than inside any one agent, adding a new one or replacing Squad with something else later does not mean building the signature again - the new agent is added as its own Signatoro person and fetches the same saved signature at send time.
