Lindy works in Slack, in its web app, and over iMessage and SMS. You connect your Google or Microsoft email, and Lindy labels your inbox, drafts replies and sends email for you from that account.
Lindy connects to over 1,000 tools, and it supports MCP, so Signatoro connects to it as an MCP server.
Lindy can fetch your signature from Signatoro before each email, so every email carries the current version. There are two routes: the Signatoro MCP server, or the Signatoro API with a saved key.
Through MCP:
Lindy keeps API keys as credentials, which it uses when it calls an API directly. The key's value is write-only, so it stays out of every chat.
With the Email drafting routine on, Lindy writes replies to incoming email and saves them to your drafts folder in Gmail or Outlook. The routine has a "Your signature" field for each connected inbox, which takes Markdown and shows above the Lindy line.
On the Signatoro signature page, click "Copy as text" and paste the result into "Your signature". Where the routine shows "Include 'Sent with Lindy'", turn it off to end drafts at your signature. Open one draft before you send it and check that it ends with one signature.
Lindy sends from the Gmail or Outlook account you connect, so its emails carry your signature. Connect a mailbox where Lindy works as itself, such as a shared support inbox, and its emails there carry an AI assistant signature that says an AI sent it.
Each AI assistant or agent gets its own key or MCP connection and signs as the person it works for or as itself, by default with a line saying it is an AI and whom it acts for. Free includes 1 AI assistant; each person on a Company plan gets 3 AI assistants, and the company gets 3, 10 or 25 agents by size, on top of the people the plan covers.
Add an AI assistant on Signatoro and choose whether it signs as you or as the agent. Through MCP, the Signatoro server tells Lindy to call list_signatures and ask you when it is unclear which signature an email needs. Through the API, save the assistant's key as a second credential and tell Lindy which mailbox it is for.
Connect Signatoro to Lindy as an MCP server at https://signatoro.com/mcp, then tell Lindy to fetch your signature before every email and end the email with it. Send one email and check the bottom of it in your Sent folder.
In the Email drafting routine, in the "Your signature" field for each connected inbox. Paste your signature there with "Copy as text" from Signatoro.
Yes. In Integrations, click "+ Add", choose MCP and paste the server URL. Lindy connects to hosted servers over HTTPS and creates an action for each tool the server publishes.
Each person connects their own. A connection shared with the workspace makes everyone's Lindy act as that one account, so it would hand everyone the same signature.
