Custom Agents run inside Notion on the instructions you write, on a schedule, on a trigger or when you chat with them. They come with Notion's Business and Enterprise plans.
With the Mail connection, an agent reads, organizes, drafts and sends email from your Gmail or Outlook account. You choose its permissions when you connect:
Signatoro runs an MCP server. Add it to the agent as a custom MCP server, and the agent fetches your current signature before each email, so a change on Signatoro reaches its next email. MCP connections are part of Notion's Business and Enterprise plans.
To review email before it goes out, give the agent the Draft permission and tell it to save drafts for your review. The drafts land in your Gmail or Outlook, where you open one and check that it ends with one signature.
Once the drafts look right, add the Send permission, or keep "Require confirmation" on to approve each send in Notion.
Each MCP connection in Notion belongs to one Custom Agent and uses the credentials of the person who connected it. Every email from that agent carries that person's signature, whoever starts the run.
For a team, each person adds Signatoro to their own agent, so each email carries the signature of the person whose inbox it comes from. A second agent needs its own Signatoro connection.
A Custom Agent sends from the Gmail or Outlook account you connect, so its emails carry your signature. Connect a mailbox where the agent works as itself, such as a shared support inbox, and its emails there carry an AI assistant signature that says an AI sent it.
Each AI assistant or agent gets its own key or MCP connection and signs as the person it works for or as itself, by default with a line saying it is an AI and whom it acts for. Free includes 1 AI assistant; each person on a Company plan gets 3 AI assistants, and the company gets 3, 10 or 25 agents by size, on top of the people the plan covers.
Add an AI assistant on Signatoro and choose whether it signs as you or as the agent. Under "Connected assistants" on your signature page, leave "Signs as" on "Me" and the agent picks a signature per email with list_signatures, asking you when it is unclear, or set it to the assistant and every email carries the signature of that assistant.
Add Signatoro to the Custom Agent as a custom MCP server at https://signatoro.com/mcp, sign in, and paste the email signature rule into the agent's Instructions. The agent then fetches your signature before each email. Send one email and check the bottom of it in your Sent folder.
Yes. With the Mail connection and the Send permission, a Custom Agent sends email from your Gmail or Outlook account. Turn on "Require confirmation" to approve each send, or tell the agent to save drafts for your review.
A workspace admin turns it on under Settings > Connections, with "Enable custom MCP servers" in the Manage tab. MCP connections need a Business or Enterprise plan.
A shared agent uses the Signatoro sign-in of the person who connected it, so its emails carry that person's signature. Anyone with access to an agent connected to Mail can view the connected inbox, so each person builds their own agent for their own email.
