Email signature software is priced in one of two ways. Per-seat pricing multiplies a rate by the number of people, often with a minimum. Flat pricing charges one price for a company size. This guide lists what seven vendors charge, read from each one's own pricing page on September 30, 2026, and works out the bill for a 10-person and a 25-person team wherever the page gives the numbers.

The figures use annual billing wherever the page states it; the Opensense page names no billing period. Some vendors also bill monthly; CodeTwo is the one whose page shows those rates.
Per-seat minimums vs flat sizes
On a per-seat plan, the bill moves with every hire and every departure. Several vendors in this list add a minimum on top: Exclaimer and CodeTwo bill ten users at least, and Opensense sets a monthly floor. For a small team, the minimum often decides the bill more than the rate does.
Signatoro uses the flat model, with one monthly price for each company size, owner included: $9 up to 5 people, $19 up to 15 and $49 up to 50. A company between sizes adds extra members at $1.50 a month each, up to the next size. For the same two teams:
- 10 people: $16.50 a month.
- 25 people: $34 a month.
The pricing page shows the monthly total for any headcount.
Exclaimer pricing
Exclaimer charges per user, billed annually, with a minimum of ten users. Starter is $0.90 per user a month, Standard $1.45 and Pro $1.75. Enterprise is priced on request. The page adds that customers can pay monthly or annually.
- 10 people: $9 a month on Starter, $17.50 on Pro.
- 25 people: $22.50 a month on Starter, $43.75 on Pro.
- 5 people: the ten-user minimum applies, so the bill matches a team of 10.

WiseStamp pricing
WiseStamp combines a base fee with $1 a month per employee, billed annually. Basic is $19 a month, Grow $49 and Platform $189, each plus the per-employee charge. Enterprise is a custom price. Pro+, for individuals and micro-teams, is $9 a month and adds up to ten team members at $2 a month each.
- 10 people: $29 a month on Basic, $59 on Grow.
- 25 people: $44 a month on Basic, $74 on Grow.

CodeTwo sells one plan with every feature, priced per user with volume discounts and a minimum of ten licenses. Its calculator shows:
- 10 users: $1.22 per user a month on the yearly plan, $146.88 a year; $1.36 per user on the monthly plan, $13.60 a month.
- 25 users: $1.22 per user a month on the yearly plan, $367.20 a year; $1.36 per user on the monthly plan, $34 a month.
- 50 users: $1.21 per user a month on the yearly plan, $726.25 a year.

Newoldstamp prices by the number of signatures on a slider, billed annually, with a 7-day free trial. Its calculator shows:
- 5 signatures: $109 a year.
- 10 signatures: $219 a year.

Opensense pricing
Opensense charges $1, $3 or $5 per user a month depending on the plan, and every plan carries a $500 a month minimum plus a service plan. The page lists no price for the service plan. At $1 per user, the minimum covers the first 500 users, so a 10- or 25-person team pays at least the $500 floor.

MySignature pricing
MySignature's Teams plans are priced per user on a sliding scale that starts at five users, billed yearly. Engage costs $1 per user more than Standard and adds digital business cards. Its slider shows:
- 5 users: $2.40 per user a month on Standard, $3.40 on Engage.
- 10 users: $2 on Standard ($20 a month), $3 on Engage ($30 a month).
- 25 users: $1.80 on Standard ($45 a month), $2.80 on Engage ($70 a month).
- 50 users: $1.50 on Standard ($75 a month), $2.50 on Engage ($125 a month).
