Blastra is a small company, and a sister company of Signatoro. Much of its communication runs through AI assistants, and its external email goes out from more than five accounts, each with a signature for its own use case.
The problem
The signatures had been set up by hand, one account at a time, so the company details and layout drifted from inbox to inbox. The AI assistants that draft and send mail added no signature at all, because nothing gave them one to add.
What Blastra set up
- One signature per use case. Each sending address has its own Signatoro login and its own signature: the name, title, email and links that fit that use case, with a photo on some and none on others.
- One company brand. All of them belong to the Blastra company in Signatoro, so the company name, website and look are set once and shared.
- A signature the assistants fetch. An assistant sending from an address fetches that address's signature from the Signatoro API and adds it to the email.
The result
Each use case keeps its own signature, and all of them carry the same brand. A change to the brand is made once, in Signatoro, and the assistants pick up the new signature on their next email.
